    1998 XL1200 stock carb's?

I've searched all over carbs, forums, internet....
I can't figure out what the carb's on the XL1200 are besides Mikuni. I have found some information about Mikuni SBN carbs but nothing tells me how to figure out what I have on this bone stock waverunner. It appears to be a SBN 44 from the rebuild kit exploded kit but how do I know for sure?

What are teh stock carb's on the 1998 XL1200?

    How do you tell?

Going to rebuild them. Any suggestions or experiences good or bad are appreciated.

sluts r us. Got 2 sets.

why the mikuni kits.. i used sbt kits with good luck; but i'm always open to learn something new, so maybe the mikunis are better for some reason.... why do you say be sure to use the mikuni kits?

Just what I have seen and read . so no personal issues as I just use OEM Mikuni , stories vary from diaphragm issues to component irregularities

If u have good luck with sbt thats great! I just don't know that they won't change sources at any given time
