What do you want to achieve?
Acceleration, handling, better rough water ride, or top speed?

How much money+time do you want to put into it?

What is your GPS measured speed right now?

Depending on the condition of what you have now, and what you want to end up with performance-wise, you might be better off selling or parting out the SL1050, and looking at a different model (SLX or Pro1200, maybe even a Pro785).

i got the bike for nothing therefore money is no big deal. i got it in pieces so i have not rode it, but i guess it was runnig over 70 mph. it has pretty much every bolt on hot seat makes for it. i would like to achive 90+ mph. just a project bike really.

Sorry to disappoint you but that watercraft, even with the bolt on mods, at best would only be running a true 60-61mph. Now you can go buy big bore kits, add triple pipes, do carb stuff and go through all the time, money and work to do this, but the fastest you'll be able to get it running is right around 69-70mph. All this will cost you around $4k-$5k....maybe more to do. The small SL hull was not designed to go this fast or go above 70mph...depending on what your goal is, if you want to go more than 70, you'll need to move to a bigger watercraft.

70mph is a huge number for an SL/SLX hull...As for 90...I think it's safe to say it's pretty much impossible. You'd need a big life insurance policy to try 90mph on that tiny hull, LOL. I don't think most realize how fast 90mph is in a boat, let alone a ski. I've seen some RXPs do 90, but they arent your run of the mill setup either.
