Both of your RPMs are way low even in the heat, I know sportman has been having a problem with RPMs, But Se, 7500 rpms is way low............

Hmmm...don't know what the prob could be...haven't felt or heard anything that seemed out of whack. Although, the oil seems a little high. I always check it before I ride, (leveled).

    Thumbs up

I don't know what my real speed was but it was fast enough to smoke an RXT, my rpm's were 7820 and the only thing I have is the Riva plate. 92 degrees and about 90 h

Would extracting oil help with RPM's?

That depends on if it is over filled, and if it was over filled and you have been riding it like that, chances are your intercooler is fouled with oil...........

I'm in Austin with near 100s. Before I blocked off the BOV I was averaging around 7500-7540 rpm. The block off jumped me up to 7740 rpms. This equated to a 1-2 mph increase in speed, although my max speed is still shy of 65 mph.

Riding on Lake Travis in Austin last summer totally stock except 2 deg wedge max GPS speed of 64.5. RPM's tough to remember but I think usually around 7600-7650? This year I have IC kit, Riva plate and flat filter and I just got BOV blockoff. I only ran 1 time this year in howling wind (in Dallas) so it was tough to find flat water but saw 65.7 on the GPS (with IC kit, Riva plate and flat filter) - I think the BOV blockoff will help push me on up some more! Air in Texas ia always 90-100+ with water maybe 80-85 or so (?)
