758 Pro Gas Exhaust valve parts

Heres a "grab bag" of 785 Pro exhaust valve misc. The Billet spring caps cost me about $20.00 each to make.. I will sell the whole pile for $125.00 and you have to mail a "six pack" of your favorite beer to Al (for the pain). Contact me direct at [email protected]
    Thanks,
    Randy

Do the blue caps stick any better than the aluminum ones?

I tell ya Randy if I back my billet heads out three and a half turns out as suggested I pop one off every time I ride...whats the best way to keep that from happening?

    Billett caps.

You might have a set of the early caps that were shorter.. Compare the ones in the photo to your existing caps. If they keep coming loose, drill & safety wire them into place.http://www.watcon.com/Catalog_Pages/...and_Pliers.htm

This parts pile is probably worth $300.00 or more..

    The first 785 Pro

The first 785 Pro was in 1995, and it was raced by Jo-Jo Romero. It was a four cylinder prototype with 62mm pistons and quad exhaust.. It hauled ass!!
