    S/C belt adjustment

Is it at all possible to adjust the S/C belt using a torque wrench on the adjusting bolt head, as i haven't a gauge but thought if someone with a gauge measured and posted findings, or with belt stretch is there going to be to many variables this way. what are your thoughts?

    cheers
