whistle in RXPX
HI everybody, i am new here.
I bought rxpx and made break in for 10 hours.
After i bought:
power filter kit
50 lb injectors
opas removal kit
2* pump wedge
81 pump ring
and my dealership installed it. yesterday i was going on my jet ski for 10 minutes and it was fast and i liked it, after i started playing with it(360 spins and so on). And it began very strange sound like very loud whistle from engine it seems for me like turbo whistle, and max rpm is about 5000.
What it could be? i opened seat and what i could see that all hoses and tubes is ok...
if someone had same problem please help

I just had the same problem on mine after the 10 hour service, which really irritates me...because they claim they go over everything and make sure its tight....but it was one of the tubes for the supercharger...i know there was an issue of clamps...and some sort of recall, but i guess check and see if its just off...or if somethings broke/torn before you waste good water time of it sitting at the dealer....like i did.

Go check your hoses again. My bet is that the hose from your supercharger to your IC blew off at the surpercharger.

You put on an aftermarket ECU and now only have 5000 RPMs? Sheesh! Someone with better ECU experience will chime in. It sounds like something has come loose after doing 360's though. I know you checked all the hoses, clamps, etc., but check everything again. This time put your hand on each one. Although one may appear tight, it may not be. Do this until someone else replies. --jeremy

i will try today to screw once more all tubes, but there are too much tubes.
can you help me and show some pics what tube it might be exactly?

I dont have pics but it will be one of the tubes either from the supercharger to the intercooler or from the cooler to the throttle body.
All of this is located behind the engine. The intercooler is located in the rr. It is big and aluminum and has 2 2 1/2 in rubber hoses attached. Check these 2 hoses on both ends. Replace these clamps with some good ones.

Your intercooler hoses
This is the only pics i could find. The intercooler is silver thing in the back at top. Check both 2.5 inch black hoses connecting to intercooler and then on the other end of hose connecting to Super Charger and to Throtle body.
When get time buy 4 x 3 inch T clamps and replace oem clamps for those hoses i just stated.
And get 2 x 4.5 inch T clamps for the water box connection.
Best insurance you can buy to keep this from happening again.
