    99 SLH Wont shut off

Got a new upgrade ignition from Babbits, ski starts but will not shut down either by stop switch or pulling lanyard, i have searched and cant find anything about this. I am pretty sure it has to do with the black wire from the p v l, does anyone know where it goes? Black & Yellow are where they should be. Thanks, Donny

The directions should tell you to ground the blackwire from the CDI box.
Where did you ground the black wire from the stator?
They can go to the same ground location which is probably the spades with all the black wires. Some have a grounding screw as well, it's one of the CDI mounting bracket screws.
