Thumbs up Wounded Warrior PWC Rides

The San Diego Personal Watercraft Club http://sdpwc.com has been asked to organize the PWC Rides portion of the San Diego Adaptive Sports Foundation's "Summer Blast" event at Crown Point Mission Bay in San Diego on August 21st.
There will be jetskiing, watersking, kayaking, boccie ball & flag football activities for the disabled & recovering veterans.
This event is being sponsored by The Corky McMillin Companies, The Wounded Warrior Disabled Sports Project, Disabled Sports USA, Bialis Family Foundation Clara Project and the San Diego Personal Watercraft Club.
If you would like to bring your ski and give Rides to these disabled veterans from the Iraq/Afghanistan conflicts, please email Ray Hinton at [email protected].
For liability insurance reasons, AWA membership is required, or proof of personal liability insurance of your own.
Attached is the flyer for the event.
Come and say THANK YOU to these True American Hero's with us.

I just found out that Ross Champion, ( http://www.ross-champion.com/ ) #2 FreeRider in the World in 2007 and gunning for #1 this year, and his friend Matt Smith, (http://www.youtube.com/user/mattsmith ) will be attending our August 21st Wounded Warrior Ride on Mission Bay, Crown Point to show-off for the Hero’s !!
These 2 guys do UNBELIEVABLE things on a standup and must be seen to be believed.
I am going to ask SDPWC member Dave Moore if he could bring his 30ft. "Semper Fi" to this event to put up a 3-4 foot swell for these guys to put to GOOD use :>)
    Dave, consider yourself asked :>)

Please let me know when you have an event like this coming up again in the future. As a veteran myself, I want to be a part of something that gives back to others that gave something more than I did.

Is there going to be a ride this year to support this event again?
