    Welcome to the Hulk.

    Download the 1992-1998 Service Manual.

Can you post a few photos of the problem areas?

What size (physically) is your battery?
The standard PWC battery is about 7 inches wide, 6.x inches tall, and about 4 inches thick.

Arrow How to download the PDF service manual files

It is a BIG file, many megabytes.

If you have dial-up Internet speeds, the files are probably just too big to download.

Otherwise, with a decent Internet speed connection, make sure you are using an updated Internet Browser (I like Firefox), AND the latest version of Abobe's free PDF Reader software installed.

Then reboot your computer, click the download link, and WAIT. Could easily take many minutes on most Internet connections.

Once it appears on your screen, click the Save File icon, and save the entire PDF file to your hard disk.

If it still doesn't work, try a different computer, on a faster Internet connection.
