1st ride what to look for

Well my SC is back from Jerry and reinstalled. OPAS b/o's are installed. should hit the lake Friday for the first time on an RXP. I was just wondering if there is anything I should look for or keep an eye on.
I know on the my old GP if the water was shooting out the side you where good for the most part. Too bad I did not check that the last time I rode it. Might still be in one piece. Oh well just dont want a similar outcome on the RXP.
I am the second owner and there is about 54 hours on it. Luckily the ceramics where still in one piece. So I had Jerry stick the ceramic bearings in there while I was at it. .

    thanks
    Joe

The only mod you really have is the B/O so I would just check every once in awhile to see if they are sealed properly and not leaking.

Anytime I do new mods, I pop my seat off and idle around for acouple of minutes and look around in your motor compartment for boost leaks and/or water leaks. When your satisfied that there are no leaks put your seat back on and run it at low RPM's listening for any unusual noises..If none..Kill it!

Would a boost leak be obvious??? Like I said this is my first time on an RXP so I am going to have to figure out which noises are unusual. Thanks for the help guys I am headed to southern Missouri here in a bout an hour. I will see if anyone has anything else to say when I get down there, and look on my cousins comp. Should have an intake grate on before I come back. Shibby is shipping me the Riva grate down there.

    thanks again all

You can't always feel or hear a boost leak. Just check all your hose connections. With a boost leak you usually lose rpms. I think you'll be fine

Look forward and side to side at WOT.
Then look for any potential babes that might be lurking for a ride.

    Sorry, I misunderstood your question.
