    Help! Flushing Out Jet Ski Question!!

    So Im Staying On Water For July 4th Weekend And I Dont Want To Have To Pul My Ski Out At End Of Every Day (its Salt Water). Does Anyone Have A Trick For Flushing Out A Ski While It Sits In The Water?? Theres Got To Be A Way! I Surely Dont Want To Chance it, Letting It Sit For 2-3 Days In Salt Water. Any Ideas????

    If it's sitting in salt water for several days it will not be good for it even the stainless will begin to rust. I don't know of anything you can do to help if it is sitting in the water. Of course you could spray down the inside but you'd have to drive it to get the water out of the hull unless you have a bilge pump. I would spray everything down with Fluid Film before putting it in the water. Then flush and was everything down when you take it out of the water and spray Fluid Film again.

    Is it actually going to be in the water? or on an ez dock, or something similiar?

    If you can't take the boat out of the water, at least take a 5-gal bucket and a small pail to pour over the inner parts....any place you see salt caking up. And at the least, try to spray lube on the innards at the end of the day.

    And for pete's sake, baby that thing when you get it home.
