Water in throttle body of RXP-X?

I've decided to take this rainy day and use it to remove flame arrestor. So I took off the throttle body hose to the IC to get my hands in to the bolts of the throttle body. I noticed there was moisture in the hose. Then when I got the throttle body out there were a few ounces of water sloshing around. How did this happen?

First thing you will hear is leak down the IC...
I have had some moisture in my TB, just from the heat exchange from the IC. It makes condensation. Not sure of that amount you have are not.
But, Leak test the IC to be safe.

I run the garden hose to it and out of it and then a valve on the end or a
nozzle or something to stop water flow. I let it sit for about 30mins to and hour. look inside the IC pipes to see if any water is present.

Thanks...I'll try that out. I'm just a simple mechanic with a set of open end metric wrenches. I don't have a 10mm so I just put some duct tape around the 12 to make it work

I did as good a pressure test as possible with what I got and I can't seem to find any leaks. Is there any other way water could get in there? The first time I took it out the hose blew off the waterbox but that wouldn't have gotten water in there and still be there 19 hours of riding later...any ideas?
