    Question Impeller repair or replacement?

During recent recall work the repair tech told me my impeller on was damaged/bent. Although he said it would run I would not get the performance or speed out of the unit and quoted me a price. Another repair shop said they could hammer out the damage on the impeller and it would perform almost like new for a lower cost. Is it better to repair or relace the impeller? Anybody with experience on this problem?

Some pictures of the damage would make it easier to tell if you should replace or repair.
