    Scratched Hull On Rock

Yesterday while idleing on Lake Erie, I came across a boulder just under the surface. Didn't miss it and scraped over it at 1 or 2 mph. Now I have 2 deep scratches in my hull. White gelcoat is gone and I see gray fiberglass. Is this something I can fix or is it a dealer fix and did this affect the structural soundness of my ski. Scratches are 1/4 in wide and one is maybe 5 or 6 inches and second one is maybe 2 inches. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks Blue. I'll assume I shouldn't use the ski till I fix it?

I would not use it until it gets fixed. You do not want water to get in the glass section of the hull.

I am in the process of fixing a chunk of gelcoat which was ripped off when I sucked in my dock line.
