1998 polaris slxh problem/advice
Right I own a 1998 polaris 1050 slxh with approx 95 hours on her.
I have owned the jetski for a couple of years now and no problems until now.
When I was out on it the other day it seamed to be bogging down under acceleration and was limiting to 4000rpm which i believe is in safe mode. When idling it almost sounded as if it was running on only 2 out of the 3 cylinders. So I stopped using the jet ski to investigate further.
When checking all the spark plugs all were ok. cleaned all oil feed lines, which some dirt came out. Everything seams ok.
When running the jetski at the house with the the hose conected its not limiting to 4000rpm any more but the middle cylinder seems alot hotter than the other 2. Is this normal or is there something else that i should look into?
Any advise would be appreciated?

WELCOME TO THE FORUM
we need you to do a compression check first
on the trailer on the hose they tend to run HOT (house hose is low pressure compaired to what the pump forces thru in water)
let us know what you find
have fun and enjoy
