    Powervalve 1300 motor in a 98 gp

    Just trying to see if this is possible, i have a good 1300 motor that came out of a junk ski and wondering if it would fit in my 98 gp, Anyone ever try it ???

    Someone here has a GPR with a 65u motor in it so I'm sure its possible if the pipe will fit.

    pipe will not fit without some minor hull mods.....

    Tried it and it's major modding to get it to fit in..fuel tank pipe hits the side of the ski..motor mounts. It would have taken a lot of trouble to shoehorn that engine in. I gave up because with triple pipes you can achieve maximum speed with the 65u engine. Not much gain after that modification.
