250X Towing in high position
ok I used to tow my ultra by jeep wrangler, now i swap to Defender 90, it's huck is much higher that jeep and the ski is not level while towing, Is that ok to keep it not leveled, just wondering if it cause oil to skip to ultra intercooler while towing it not not level position, due to braking and acceleration movements

If you can get a different drawbar that lowers the ball height to get the trailer closer to level, that would be better.
Looking at the photo, it does look a little tongue high, but not wildly high. As long as it tows stable without swaying left-right on the road, I imagine it will be fine.
The major forces on the PWC are not acceleration and braking, but the frequent up and down bouncing as you go over rough spots in the road.
I am not a Kawasaki PWC expert, but I would certainly hope that it can handle trailering with the modest nose up angle you are showing.

I have to tow equally nose-high to get the trailer up/down our steep driveway. No issues.
