Are you 100% certain you have proper fuel flow and pressure from the fuel pump?

Fuel return restriction is providing fuel pressure (2PSI at idle, 4-6PSI at WOT)?

No air leaks or kinks in the fuel line, fuel selector valve, pulse line to the fuel pump, etc?

The auto-cock is the smaller round device in the photo, next to the fuel pump. If you have one, it should be removed and discarded.

Your SL650 is now running a 780 Fuji engine. Are you also using the 780 original carburetors, jets and carb screw settings?

Are you running the triple outlet fuel pump?
Are all carb fuel lines routed as described in the Service Manual?

Don't keep riding WOT until you figure out what's up.

Can you view the piston tops for a wash pattern?

My guess is the jets are too small with the 92 dry pipe installed. My girls 750 uses a 122.5 main with the PSI pipe and PRO CDI.

The stock jetting for a 780 will not work since you have a different exhaust set up than stock.

I'll say to try a 120 main and see what happens.

it ran like **** with the high speed screw @ stock settings i turned it in now its about 3/4 out and runs pretty good until it dies???? would that still mean i need to go with a bigger jet!!!! (iam also still running the 650 elec)also i was just outside messing with it and i noticed its making a ticking noise !!! sort of sound like a 4 stroke would when the valves are a little loose !!! not sure what it is i can put a screw driver against the head and to my ear and it dont sound like its coming from the cylinders!! myabe the lower end or the oil pump???????

maybe the lower end or the oil pump???????
So pull the jet pump and drive shaft to investigate, or turn the coupler over by hand and see if you can hear or feel where the problem is.

Check that the coupler cover itself is not actually touching the coupler or the engine.

Do like K447 said. Isolate the engine from the pump to verify it is an engine noise.

If turning the screws IN helped, then no bigger jets aren't needed.

When you say it dies when running WOT, does it cut right out? Does it feel like it's starving for fuel? Or does it shut right off?

Verify the stator is good with an ohm meter. (I assume so, but may be getting weak)

Can you verify the cooling system isn't obstructed. Might be overheating.

Are you using Wiseco pistons? I had a cold seizure when going WOT and it cut right out.

Did you verify ring end gap?

    Did you verify piston clearance?
