i have a damn good solid theory of what i personally think is cooking them... Been there done that. BDNJ just went thru the same, as well as a couple others i know and i told them my theory behind it before they went thru with it.

I'll say this tho, IN MY PERSONAL OPINION .... if ur gonna modd ur stock waterbox, you need to dump some water out of a pisser before it gets to the waterbox and DO NOT run a plastic riva pipe. the safest way to a louder and free-er exhaust is the rotax racing waterbox.

not at all... like i said, been there done that myself with battle scars. and seen a few more do the same.

see my pics.... i never took pics of the waterbox after i removed the black insulation and whatnot, BUT IT WAS UGLY to say the least

the water pisser comment wasn't sarcastic. look at the location of the scolding. only one thing hangs out in that location of the waterbox WHEN u mod a stock box.... visualize the baffles, visualize both air pressure, vaccuum, and the weight of water and how u plan to get it out of the waterbox. stock design is one thing... now what after u gut it and the inlet and outlet pipes and gathered together on the same side of the waterbox... not to mention the inlet pipe is angled keeping a constant force in a certain direction of the waterbox.
