    ATTENTION: Anyone Running an X-Charger

Check your pipe from the S/C to the intercooler for oil. I have a blow off valve on mine and oil was coming out of the breather and upon further inspection there is alot of oil coming out of the S/C. This happened with only 1 hour on the s/c(This is a BRAND NEW SUPERCHARGER)I replaced the oil seal and went out again. After another hour, the same thing so I tore the whole s/c apart and compared it to my stock 215 s/c and every part has the same spec's and clearances. The shaft is perfectly straight and there is no rubing of any kind. The only difference there is, is the oil hole drilled into the housing. I think this is allowing too much oil into the s/c shaft housing, I don't know if the oil coming into that hole is under pressure but its being forced out the front bearing and past the seal into the fan housing. I could be very wrong but I don't see any other way that I am getting so much oil past the front seal. I am going to plug that hole and see what happens. So people check and see whats going on in your ski, that oil coats the pipes,I/C, throttle body and intake = performance loss!

I did notice this on Mikes RXT with only 5hours on it with the X SCer.
We pulled the whole dang thing out and inspected everything to come to the conclusion that is was the hole for oiling that the X has. We just were not 100% sure so we didn't mention it. This now makes sense. We had what we thought was a bunch..

    Thanks

I noticed a creamy residue on the inside hose from the IC to the throttle body and also inside that area of the IC. If that's oil then I was wrong in thinking I had a leak in my IC and that's the culprit.
