Ever figure out Lean condition with 4in. intake
Guys I know that with a Stg II Ski everyhing is ok as far as being lean. Well did we ever have anyone do a test with bigger and better air intake. Like the 4in. If so, was it OK?

not trying to hijack this thread but what have been the results of the 4" compared to the 3" any differences?

Well I have the RRIC instead of the Riva, so I am just tring to find out if it is safe. I did a search and found that the STG. II was good, but did have issues in extem cold and someone mentioned 4in intakes and open air Riva tubes.
So I was just asking as I have a 4in intake and wanted to know. Never any high temp alarms are anything.
Oh a RXPblast my 4in compared to my Riva was 100RPM improvement and hits it hard.
Please let me know...

Do you have pics of your 4" intake, parts list?

Do a search on them and you can PM him to get it on order. Then I bought 4in hose and ran it from the SCer to the Fresh air intake tube in front of the seat. It has a lot more fresh air to the SCer. Big Improvement IMO.
Anymore thoughts on the 4in and being lean W/ Riva STG II.?

i personally left the stock air box in place, kept the rectifier in place, and used the air box as an oil catch can. pretty creative idea if i might say so myself . its less crap u gotta buy.
