Replacing Sea Doo Oil Filter O-ring’s

OMG can you believe that my dealer charge me $9 for an ordinary Oil Filter O-ring? I just want to confirm that the O-ring, the thinner of the two, cost $9…is this correct?

Do you HAVE to replace the O ring when you change out the filter? Or does it depend on the condition of it?

Unless the o rings are crimped or damaged, you can use them over and over again. Waste of money replacing them with the filter change.
