    SS trailer CNC-milled

    stainless steel trailer..

    alloy mag wheels are pretty ordinary..

    downside to this ss trailer is weight. a bit on the heavy side.

    winch stand needs to be redesigned. Does not fit well with FX series. There's a risk of damaging bumper of ski when braking hard. Will post photo once we've installed the updated parts.

    Your winchstand always has to be designed so that the strap runs under the rubber bumper. That way if you ever get into an accident the winchstand will hold the watercraft in place and not let it slide into the back of your car.

    That is a slick trailer, I thought about making a trailer out of SS but the cost of the trailer would have been more than my Seadoo.

    Here's the problem we found yesterday when we first tried loading an FX series yamaha..

    The bracket where the rubber stopper is attached should be lengthened and angled higher. Any other ideas?
