    I want my RXPX Louder!

Would I have to modify anything else with just exhaust modifications?

    Well, maybe I should rephrase.

I'd hate for it to sound "ricey" (like the hondas with the big exhaust mufflers)

I want something louder so people are like "WTF " whenever I speed by.

I think mine does that now I've been reading about the exhaust setups for the RXP and X model, never heard them in person....I'd like it to be loud and maybe make a little more power with the same boost/lower boost level due to the S/C.

Man, you should have made it to Mudbug. I think I was the only one without sever exhuast mods. I have the free-flow pipe. Made it louder/deeper sound than stock...but not nearly what the Greenbox/thru-hull was...That Greenbox sound is comparible to a deep V8 sound...with flowmasters.

It seems the Greenbox mod is what I'm looking for. I probably can't get it to sound like my last V8 I had. Click the link for comparison:

When is Mudbug? I will go next year, for sure!

For awhile it's cool but after awhile you won't be able to hear yourself think.

You wont be able to run the greenbox with the RXP-X..You would need to convert your exhaust over to the J-pipe setup which i dont think youll really want to do money wise...Gut your Stock waterbox and run a thru hull pipe setup and you will get a throaty basey sound easily..My wifes ski has a gutted box with the riva thru hull and you can hear her coming and going for at least a mile...
