    4tec Engine Twincharger

    Hi guys,

    I,m working in a new project...i,m doing a twingcharger for my GTI (compressor + turbo), i think i have wait 1 or 2 weeks to finish it. When i have ready and tested iŽll show you pics and if i can video...but i would like to hear about some ideas or opinions about this project. I think if i hear more opinions an ideas maybe i can do it better.....

    If you plan on running a 2 stage boost (Charger + Turbo or Turbo + Charger) I can see problems with getting either scenario to work properly.

    Works on a diesel FWIW... Old Detroit 92 series anyway.....

    I,m working charger + turbo. why do you say you can see problems? PLease tell me i,m glad to hear whatever opinion or idea.

    it will work just fine-- i am sure u will have a ems system on it to control boost. It should be a pretty easy install. The hardest part is the twin entry intercooler.

    Thanks rx951, my diagram itŽs based on the new VW TSI, but with a difference, the kind of compressor. In the VW is a roost compressor and i,m using a Riva stage III comperssor. The most important difference between both is that "roost" have hermetics moments and "supercharger" isnŽt hermetic.

    Too my system have a lot of difference because i donŽt have the same place into a hull than into a car.

    Really the problem maybe could be the air flow between compressor and turbo. But in 2 weeks we know it.
