Sounds like the classic volatage regulator problem, it's in the front grey box, with two yellow and one red wire coming off it. Oh, I see you already checked that, I need to learn to read better.

When I had that problem I had to replace the regulator, pulling the red wire didn't help, as soon as I changed it out, the problem went away.

Bad spark plugs can cause that problem also.

Too much fuel pressure between idle and 1/4 throttle can cause this problem. Check the return jet, make sure it's clear.

Or it could be the water temp sensor on the head acting up, disconnect it and see what happens.

If it is the water temp sensor, I would rebuild the carbs to make sure they're not running lean.

about all I can think of

Ok, thanks. Have you pulled your carbs and cleaned the internal filter screens yet?

I Cleaned The Small Filters In The Cars When I Went Throught Them But I Think I Will Pull The Carbs Off And Check It Out Because I Rode It A Few Times With The Old Gray Fuel Lines And The Fuel Filter Was Pretty Much Shot When I Changed It To

Good. When you have them out, also take the fuel pump apart on the front carb and verify the two mica check valves are intact with the rubber nipple holding them in place.
