Well I can't make it anywhere near full throttle. warning goes off right away and then it's off to limp mode. So far I've checked the water line to the exhaust and it seams to flow right. I'm thinking that I need to check the water lines to the intercooler next.

Does anyone know how to get the plug off of the pump to check that strainer that is in there? I can't exactly figure out how to get the plastic bolt out to check that for flow.

Also is there any thing else on the pump itself that I can check for obstruction? Does anyone know the exact flow of water from the pump through the engine and out the exhaust??

Any is appreciated ands mods are in the sig

Start by putting a hose on it and follow the water... Baffle broke, hose pinched?

10-4 Jerry Flush intercooler ,flush intercooler, flush intercooler. LOL Step one remove intercooler-- step two remove fittings-- step three fill with radiator flush " make sure flush is safe for aluminum radiators" fill air portion of intercooler with HOT water and let it soak for about an hour. step four-- screw one fitting into OUT port of intercooler connect a 12 inch peice of 3\4 hose to fitting and flush out with pressure washer. The 12 inch peice of hose defuses water pressure from pressure washer so it will not hurt intercooler. step five-- do step four 3 to 5 times. I let my last flush stay in for 8 hours. 10-15 hours later of riding no Hi temp. Todd
