Ok s/c clutch went bad with one of the ceramic wahers going bad but thank god staying in the PTO Cover. I allready got the rebuilt kit and im planning on getting the tools to do it myself since i want to start learning to mess with my machine. I would just like to get some input on how hard is this to do and i i could get some tips on doing it.Ived been down for all summer so far and would like to get on the water ASAP. Also getting the metal washers from Stickem.Thanks for the .

S/C Clutch Problem
What im looking for is input on doing the rebuilt kit on the S/C.

just follow the manual verbatim and make sure you put things together in the correct spots, correct sequence, and pay very very special attention to torque specs. other than that, it's really not hard so long as you have the necessary supercharger tools... supercharger rebuilds really aren't that hard nor time consuming....
are you replacing the oil pumps as well?

No i am not replacing the oil pumps since i was lucky and when i opened the PTO Cover the 1 washer that broke in 2 pieces was right there in the cover so they didnt make it to insode the engine.
