All washers, coated, or ceramic run the potential of having to be shimmed after some run in.

Nobody can put a time limit on bearing, etc.

A good rule of thumb would be to completely rebuild your SC every 80-100 hours.

I remember you saying you will be selling a kit.
I believe it was the washers and springs.
Will it contain bearings too ?
What happens if the bearings go out ?

Is it common for the bearings to go out, as common as the washer ?

Is the RR hydrolic full proof ?
All this SC blowing up talk makes me just want to get ones of those and forget about it.

No, bearing failures are not as common as ceramic failures, but they do occur. Rebuld your SC every 80-100 hours to be on the safe side and remember..... NOTHING is foolproof.
