    HELP !!!! Aftercooler clogged?

My girlfriend got my ski grounded and tried to run it in the mud.... I cleaned out the Graco, which had a ton of sediment in it. Now when I have the ski full throttle for a few seconds I get an "Exhaust Temp" warning, but not at low speeds. What do I do to flush the system out. Do I have to take anything out and clean it? The ski has a stage 3 with a rude if that matters at all... Thanks

Provide the members with the make, model and vital info of your ski. I assume it is the 4-tec engine since you posted here and not the 2-stroke.

It seems that the IC needs to be cleaned out, but I am not sure it would be so clogged to prevent air to circulate the engine. There may be a couple temp sensors...members will post shortly.

the intercooler is partially blocked, that gives you exhaust temp warning, i'm afraid you'll have to remove the external intercooler and backflush it.

The ski is a 2007 RXP Stage 3 with a Rude, GH Shorty box, Exhaust, Riva ECU, valve train, Rear Air Intake, 15/20R, 800mm ring Graco Strainer, catch can, Pump Wedge....

Most likely your IC is clogged.. Also, when you pick up alot of sand you can clog your J pipe pissers.
I'd remove your IC then to clean it out cut the end off a garden hose and clamp it both ways to your IC and flush. You can also pop you're J-pipe off and make sure your pissers are clear.
Also- make sure both clamps are high on your J-pipe to prevent clamping a pisser off.
