    Unhappy GPR 1200 carbs 2001 45mph

I have been having problems with my ski, So far I put a d-plate in it and the entire core wase gone. I pulled everything aft apart and found no catalyst. I backflushed the water box bounced on the ground filled with water and no catalyst. Hopfully it all blew out.
My carbs look like crap so I`m going to rebuild them because the guy before had this ski sitting forever and I`m hoping this is the problem.

compression is consistant 110 cold when I start the ski it will run with rpm drops when I remove a spark plug cap at a time BUT there is no RPM drop when I pull the center cylinder. and a new plug looked brand new after a 15 minute ride.
Who has the the best rebuild kit? and is there any advice on what I should do or how to get these damn things out. I already pulled the top pipe off.

Before yanking the carbs I would check to see if there is spark on the center cylinder. here is a link on some carb info http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=11134

rebuilding your carbs is a good idea.
have you also checked to see if your powervalves are opening?

    thanks

These things are just painful to work on. It almost looks easier to take the engine out

The carbs will come out. Looks intimidating, but they will come out.
