Water leak/pin hole crack from tuned pipe

What should I do? Can I patch it with some JB weld, weld it, or replace it? Its just a pin hole water spray from the upper part of the tuned pipe.

if you grind the hole to get the good meat it is going to be a whole lot bigger when you remove the corrosion. best to do is weld and you might want to check the other plugs too as their not far behind

thats because its coming from the inside out, those plugs are sacrificial like zinc anode designed to corrode first from just having current going thru the motor..it will be bigger sooner than later-grind it and weld it !

ill remove it this week and take my die grinder to it. Any special weld type needed? I may just take it to our body shop and have them weld over it.

They are not sacrifacial anodes, they are holes left from the casting of the pipe, they just weld them up & the metal is not as good as the aluminum pipe.

The pipes are sand cast & the holes are were the pour the sand out after casting the waterjacket.
