What is it that you want to hear?

Wouldn't you assume that everyone's opinion (good or bad) about SBT's engines would be the same about their cranks????

I cant imagine that any more or less time, care, or money is put into one of their products over the other.

Have you checked out any other suppliers??

There's a small engine machine shop by me that buys them from there when they don't have a good core to rebuild. He said he's never had a problem,But SBT also knows every crank that comes thru his door is being checked by a pro,and would be sent back in a heartbeat. With that said,I wouldn't run one in my lawnmower.

My reason for askingis that my shop wants 600 bucks for a rebuild. An thats not welded.

i know acoulpe of guys who know there $hit about two stroke engines and they bought some cranks from sbt and said they where out a tiny bit but not bad and a average person would ever see any performance drop off . They had them trued and welded and ran them for many years after that .

Call Jeff at Midwest crank. He rebuilt my 1050 crank for 395.00 shipped.
