    Question on SHO cruise control question..

    Yamaha's website mentions that you get to your desired speed and set the cruise and hold the throttle down. Do you have to keep your finger on the throttle the hole time or can you let go and drive with 1 hand if needed? Website wasn't very clear on this feature. I like this feature for my parents when they just want to cruise slowly around the lake..

    Yes, you must hold the throttle down.

    You do have to keep the throttle down.

    If you want to drive hands free, no-wake-mode works without the lever down, but is only 5 mph.
