    Intake grate preferences

    Im looking to upgrade but see i have 2 choices on the intake grate.
    The R&D version and the Riva version.
    There is only a $10 difference,Whats everyones preference?

    I chose the R&D grate for my RXT-X. I gained at least 2.5 mph and have much improved hookup in chop. IMO the Riva looks flimsy, granted I have only seen it in photos. The R&D grate is great quality and fit perfectly.

    There have been a few posts about the Riva grate breaking on the X-skis... Ron

    out of all teh posts that i have seen im going witht eh R&D really no complaints about it and rive seeems to have a lil snapping off problem

    grate

    What is the deal about keeping these grates on the ski? I've been reading about the bolts/fittings backing out?
    I have a different grate for the T-X but kinda affraid to try it........
