    150psi head w/only 100psi? Where did I Go Wrong?

I had Jim mill my stock head to 150psi. I removed the center layer of the stock head gasket(reused) and lightly greased it. I torqued everything correctly. Test rode it and it had no power. Now I only have 100psi on every cylinder. What did I do wrong?

All plugs out, at sea level. I forgot to mention the ski was in the water before the test and running like crap.

Did you put washers under the head bolts to compensate for the single layer gasket and head milling???

It's 2 layers, not 1. Jim said I did not need washers.

If there is old loc-tite in the thread holes you may be shanking out the bolts.

The 1200 gaskets are 3 layers. The 2 outer layers are black. The inner layer is shiney.

I'm sorry, yes it's 01 gp1200r pv engine. Gauge is good. I had it out on the water and it had no power. It's not the gauge.
