    My New Custom Exhaust...

Got it done locally in mandrel bent 2.5" one piece aluminum. Design is similar to the RR one but this one is a one piece so I hope it flows the exhaust better than the two piece welded which will restrict flow.

Also installed the RIVA grate. When i was down there I got to see how ****ed up the bottom of the hull was! Take a look.

    Sweet exhaust Geo!!!

Now you need to get those wire type clamps off the coolant hoses to and from the ride plate, they always leak. and replace the plastic ties on the bailer lines with SS clamps also!... ...PR...

It sure does! But hey, even when I had the RR one it came off! I noticed soon though and was able to control the flood.

I will sure get those t-bolts soon.

Well, I went riding and the sound was a bit deeper than that of the RR pipe. Can't say I noticed a difference since I was riding with my girl on a full tank and stuff in the storage compartment an did 67.5 mph on a best of 3 runs I did with her screaming like a maniac behind me! I will get more testing done this week.
