rxpx holes drilled, cavitation fixed
recently i posted that when we drilled the holes (overstuff issue) in our turbo rxpx it cavitated real bad, well we pulled the pump and grate and filled the whole shoe with urethane sealer and kept the holes when we did this noticed fresh glue coming out the back end of the shoe area between the ride plate and shoe obviously they didnt do a great job sealing it all up from new. Now with it all sealed and the grate sealed in (r@d) it launches real good no cavitation and runs over 80 consistantly with no issues.
So worth checking if you have any cavitation problems, we pulled out some of the factory sealer as it was just sittong there not really doing the job.

Nice find......I looked at my dealers silicone job on the ride plate when I got it and it looked like a Blind autitstic monkey put it on there...Really crappy job.....And now that you bring this up I am wondering how they sealed up the rest of it....I do know one thing....I dont have any hull leaks at least thats good.....
