Sr71bb,you can do this. How long did you leave in freezer. It ussually takes an hour or more.Sometimes it will just almost fall out and sometimes it needs a little help. You can hit it with a chisel or grab it with vise grips any way you can to just jar it loose, but it should come loose after coming out of freezer.
PS: which way you traveling when you leave if you are headed east I would be glad to help you.

Well it must be locktited in or something. I have taken multiple stabs at it an the last time I left pump in freezer for about 3 hours. I can not get ring to even budge. I guess I am going to call my dealer on his cell phone and see if one of his techs wants to earn some extra money today. LOL

Well Thanks to Chris, we chaged out the wear ring. I had to take it to Firestone to get the nut to break loose using a impact tool and Chris cut out part of the ring and only THEN did the impeller come out. After the impeller was out the rest of the ring was cut out using a dremel tool. The new ring which was frozen dropped right in place and impeller was reinstalled.

Filled in the ride plate holes but testing will have to wait until tom morning because it is too windy today.

    THX again Chris

No problem Greg. I'm just glad we could get it done.
Me and my wife ride on Lewisville a lot during the week and camp on Lewisville every holiday.

Well Franko, I ride mostly at Lake Grapevine but I have also gone to Lake Arlington and Eagle Mountain Lake. Been alot to the RIVER when I had my other set of skis...96 XP 800 and Yamaha 1100.

I don't mind going anywhere really as long as it's relatively smooth.

Any ideas why the freezer didn't work? My WR will fall out on its own after the freezer gets it cold. Was there a burr or some kind of adhesive?
