the stand ups are a lot narrower and need the support under the motor mounts. I would vote for the bunk repositioning if it were mine

Tie down front ,Back and over the handle pole. Put a roled up towel under the handle pole and tehn a pull tight, not crank down tie strap over the pole. to kkep it from bouncing

really have to measure then check visual the placement. make sure carpet is good too. under moter mouts good idea, center keel area is ussual the stongest ares of the hull so a little narrower rather than wide is best. remember to set ski slightly forword so you have enough toungue weight too. once set up is good you can permanet marker the bulk area placement on the bar and adjust the winch. strap down advise is perfect, but cover it too for anything longer than a few miles. sorry but one size dont fit all, probably have readust as you go from stand up back to sit down.
cheers good luck.
ps good trailering tips on forum main page under watercraft toward the bottom. has its own section.

Relocate the bunk so you dont stess the hull(spider cracks).
