Been doing it for 7 years as economically as possible and very competitive. No need to re-invent the wheel.

I developed the Alpha Boost kit for the Honda F12X in 2002 and it's the same for the R12X. I now have adapted it for the F15X. It's a simple old school method of mechanically controlling the boost levels. But with the sofisticated ECM of the Honda, I have to trick one of the sensors from seeing the extra boost so the ECM will allow the extra boost. Consist of two instrustument grade pressure control valves, two pressure gauges, hoses and fittings. Takes about 20 minutes to install and about 10 to 20 minutes to tune with occasional retuning required depending of atmoshperic conditions. The acceleration is greatly improved and top speed gains of 2-4 mph are typical. It also resolves the issue some people have with low rpm's after full throttle operation (some refer to as surging). Cost is $150.00 + $10.00 shipping for the F12X and R12X. The F15X is $200.00 + $10.00 shipping.

Do you have some pics and info? What about increasing the ID of the fitting on the rest of the water system?
