Where do i find loctite 572?

The service manual for my 1300 says to use loctite 572 on the head bolts. When to some local part stores and couldnt find 572. Am I looking in the wrong place? Is there an equivalent that i could use? Is it even needed at all if its torqued down right, id rather use the loctite for the extra insurance.

After some help from google i found it to be more of a sealer then anything else, so it is needed. Just where do I get it?

It is a thread sealer and you can use a substitue as it is hard to find. I like reactor-seal from lowes or home depot. There is also loctite 592 that is found at some auto parts stores that don't have there soul sold to permatex.

Ummm, hypothetically speaking here, what if I wasn't paying attention and used loctite 271 on my head bolts? Should I pull them clean them and redo it or just leave it alone? It is all torqued to spec and I hope I don't have to redo it all, but will if it will screw me up down the road.
