07 RXT 10hr Service - 135 Compression!
Hey, I keep reading about compression everywhere in this forum and I am very worried... Just got my 07 RXP back from the 10hr service, have 12 hrs total on it and in the recipet print out for the service they listed compression at 135 for all 3 cylinders. Looking at the numbers around this forum, that seems way low... Should I worry?
Ski is bone stock, just getting ready to send the SC in for washer swap...

I think 135 is perfectly normal. You can change your compression by adjusting the cam timing usually 10 lbs or so up or down.

The compression ratio for an '07 RXP is 8.4:1. At sea level, the compression should be 14.7 x 8.4 or 124 psi. I guess that while the engine is cranking, the SC does increase it some. But as long as you are above 124, you're fine... Ron
