    Trim Tabs

Ive got a 08 GP1300 and im not sure which way to go with the Trim tabs.R & D or the Riva ones. The R & D Tabs look stronger out of Ally with no channels, The Riva ones are plastic with channels.I would be interested in your different opinions with the two.

I have extended tabs from R&D, with the groves cut into them (GP1200R)

I find my ski plains quicker and is more stable, however you do loose a little speed with the extended tabs.

you lose speed with extended tabs...

best tab setup is FLAT R&D trim tabs Cut to stock length

you can send them to like Jim from Jims performance here on GH to get them cut to stock length..

For me, the handling difference outweighed the speed loss. (Im setup for handling and holeshot)

If memory serves me right, about 0.5mph (for the speed guys this is a big thing)

Jim does a great job of machining and cutting the R&D tabs. I like these over the Riva ones.

Thanks guys, i will go for the R & D trim tabs and get them machined to the stoock length.
Should i get the channels machined into them for better handling as well, or just leave them flat.
