    1992 SL 650 big trouble!

My basket case is filling the engine full of water on number2 and 3 cylinder when riding. I have just replaced all the exaust , jug base and head gaskets. Before I test it again is there anything I am missing? I see in the manual that some of the cooling lines are blocked. What gives here. Please help!

You need to install the exhaust manifold when you are torquing down the cylinder base gaskets.

Do a leak down test. That should show where the problem's at.

You may have a cracked case from freezing, or like BD said. The exh manifold needs to be installed prior to torquing the cyls down. The manifold properly aligns the cyls. and prevents tearing of any gaskets.
