proper spacer/shim/washer for ride plate?
2001 XLT, R&D stock ride plate... How "much" and what type of spacer/shim/washers do I need to use under my plate to get it more level, front and back?

Every ski and rider are different, Use Stainless steel washers and shim til it works. The magic formula is the one that works, you have to try a few variables until you get it right.

Is there a preferred size of washer? I've got a bunch of SS hardware... just want the right stuff

The right stuff is a selection of sizes, this has been talked about so many times, engine shims, washers whatever works.
