Battery Warning Light Keeps Coming On When Ski Started

Every time I turn my ski on, the battery warning light comes on. I hit the mode button to shut it off and everything is fine. I charge it if I don't ride for a while. This is just annoying more than anything. Any suggestions?

When you push the key in, wait a few seconds after. I'm thinking your starting the ski right after you bump the key.

    PS. Nice MPH!

you must wait 15 sec from putting the key in or until fop letters go away, then hit start button .

I guess its unanimous. I'll give it a try. Also, yeah that speed is getting up there. That was with 3/4 tank too. By the time I got my fuel low, the water was all chopped up. I'm thinking I should at least get to the 71 mark. Rudy's kit worked very well in my opinion!

Forgot to update. Yes, I was at fault for turning the ski on too quick. I did what you said and I haven't heard it since.

Cool I didn't know this either and last weekend I experienced the same symptoms. From this day forward, I will wait the 15 seconds or until the FOP letters go away.

    Thanks guys.
