freedom sounds like a vacuum cleaner?
I have two polaris freedom skis. One of them has a much higher pitch
when accelerating, and at WOT. Sounds more like a vacuum cleaner.
This just started this season. Other than the higher pitch it runs fine.
Could something in the exhaust have cracked? What should I check?
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the Hulk!
Turn the engine over by hand, using the drive shaft coupler. Listen for any rubbing or grinding sounds from the jet pump.
My guess is that the bearings in the jet pump stator have failed.
Polaris Service manuals can be found here.

Hi Mike, WELCOME to the Green Hulk Forums!!
I'd also start with a pump bearing inspection.
