Lowered oil level in RXT still wont rev out

Ok I lowered the oil level on my n06 RXT and it still wont rev more than 7200 rpm. The Sea Doo dealer replaced the clutch at 17 hours. Before the clutch went out it would easly hit 8000 and 65 on the dream meter, now it only hits 7200 rpm and 55-60 mph. Is the new clutch slipping? What gives here, I hate taking it back to not see it for 2 weeks again. But crap its nothing like it used to be, it doesnt pull run or anything like it used to.

when they replaced the clutch was it because the washers were gone and in the motor or because you were down on performance? What did they do besides replacing the clutch? Where do you live? Is the unit stock? Did they rebuild the clutch with OEM parts?

I would expect that the dealer screwed up the clutch job...

The reason they replaced it was the 06 clutch went out and it wouldnt rev out at all heck it wouldnt go over 40 or rev up over 5000 rpm. As far as why it went out I dont know what failed in the clutch other than it failed. Whats in it to fail?

Well I took it back to the dealer and low and behold they found that there was a major exhaust leak. It had melted some of the styrofoam insert. Works great now. Thanks for all of your help.
On a side note does it matter if that piece of styrofoam is out of the boat now? I doubt they would sell just that piece, but if I needed it I could make some.

Just put in a bilge pump(how to in tech section). It's really so your boat doesn't go to the bottom of the lake when you take on water.
