    Primer kit added...

Well, I think that was a good $30 spent. I think it's down to getting the high or low speed screws dialed in now. The only thing that bites, is adjusting those while they are on the ski is near impossible. The thing I need to know is (if I am assuming correctly), when I let off the throttle, engine speed comes down, hovers, and it dies. I have all the screws at stated positions. Am I going to want to turn in, or turn out the low speed screws?

Thanks guys, I think I've almost got it... (Assuming of course I think I've got it narrowed down correctly...)

You need to turn the lows out. It's running out of fuel and dying. You may just try to turn the idle up first. To increase the idle speed turn the "T" handle adjuster to the right.

I've been messing with that T handle (since it's easiest to get to). I just don't think I want to be idling that high, esp around the dock w/o reverse...

I think I'm running out of cable ties for the fuel lines. heh.

    Thx 'sleeper.

Ya know, if I get this thing running right, I'm going to need to find mods for it.

Since the chokes plates were removed and you installed a primer, it is getting more air, so it needs more fuel. Richen the low speed (turn out) until you get a good idle. I would also richen the highs a 1/2 a turn.

How sensitive are the low speed screws? Am I looking at 1/4 turns, 1/2 turns? Those are the hardest to get to...

    1/8 to 1/4 turn at a time.
